I started my journey in 2014 as a Speech-Language Pathologist. I worked with auditory rehabilitation and technical consulting of diagnostic equipment in the area of ​​Otoneurology and Auditory Evoked Potentials. My transition to the technology area started in 2017, guided by a challenge that turned into a passion I started with colleagues selling and configuring website hosting servers, in this period I took the first steps with HTML, CSS and programming logic. In the course of learning I was exposed to development technologies: JavaScript, SQL, Python and PHP. Developed websites, business platforms and chatbot programming for Facebook, WhatsApp and Websites. Recently my focus is on CRM automation services. Working as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud consultant, I perform database routine automation, marketing communications customization, API integration. Using technologies such as SQL, Ampscript, SSJS, Javascript, HTML and CSS. Combining the knowledge of speech therapy with technology, I developed a website to continue offering training.
