With over 10 years of experience applying Lean and Agile practices, has the ability to apply facilitation techniques for ideation such as Lean Inception, Design Thinking and Design Sprint, as well as act as Coach of agile teams, seeking continuous improvement, combining the best practices of existing frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) adapting them to the context of the organization. He performed Discovery in different clients where it was possible to map the main pain points and improvements, organizing a backlog for the next steps to leverage organizational evolution. He worked in Digital Marketing Performance PODs using Team Building techniques and Kanban practices to leverage the digital sales of the largest mobile phone company in Brazil. Worked as Agile Coach in the digital transformation of Internet Banking of the largest bank in Brazil, being possible to adopt the dual-track agile for better quality and cadence delivery of the 6 project teams. Performed mentoring, teaching and coaching of Product Owners and Scrum Masters in the evolution of agile and lean practices. With extensive experience as ScrumMaster acted in several clients, from working with operations teams, understanding and assisting in managing root causes and seeking to better serve the business, to delivery of new products/projects.
