My desire is working with people and companies that have the genuine seeking for deep transformations aiming human aspects (wellbeing, mental health, purpose and diversity) as a commitment. Laura and Sarah’s mom, I’m graduated in Business Administration at FAAP, with MBA at FIA, and during the last 20 years I have worked on the financial market in multinationals, solid banks and Fintechs getting vast experience as a leader in products, digital channels/UX , payments, loyalty, growth and marketing strategies. Startup culture experienced, drove digital transformation, worked with agile methodologies and innovation projects leading cross-functional teams/squads. After all those years working in financial industry, I figured out that I needed to make a pause to recharge, reframe behavior patterns and find my real purpose in this life. So I made a career transition and now everything that I went through I want to share, somehow helping more people transforming their careers and personal lifes, also contributing for the leadership vision and transformation process from companies and teams that are treading this same path. In the last few years, I have been dedicating part of my time as Advisor at Bliss.me and new graduations focusing on mental health and the science of happiness: * Chief Happiness Officer * Pos-graduation in Positive Psychology, Well-being Science and Self-realization at PUC RS in Brazil, conducted by professors as Daniel Goleman, Martin Seligman, Marisa Salanova, Robert Kegan, Wilmar Schaufeli, Carla Furtado and many others. * Eneagrama Mentoring certified by Núcleo da Consciência, Reiki Master, among other techniques.
