I am a data scientist with a PhD in Physics, passionate about solving complex challenges through data. At BV Bank, I develop machine learning models and data-driven solutions that directly impact areas such as CRM, fraud prevention, digital channels, and credit. My focus is on transforming data into actionable insights, helping the business make smarter decisions. My academic experience has prepared me to approach problems with analytical and scientific thinking. On a daily basis, I work with large datasets in environments like Databricks, using PySpark and SQL, and build supervised and unsupervised models in PySpark. I also have extensive expertise in data manipulation with Pandas and machine learning libraries in Python (scikit-learn, CatBoost, LightGBM, XGBoost), always striving to deliver robust and efficient solutions. Learning quickly and tackling new challenges is part of who I am.
