Currently responsible for the data strategy of some areas of the BV bank. My scope is to understand business opportunities and address them through data solutions (data science, data engineering and data governance). Previously, I led Loft's Data Science team, which was responsible for the company's recommendation models as a whole (marketplace, app, CRM rules, among others) and for portfolio liquidity analysis. Our team was responsible for machine learning models that helped to improve both seller and buyers experience and made the perfect match between them. I was also a consultant for 15 years in the data platform / data analytics space. I had experience in projects building Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, Data Governance strategies and addressing business problems with Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. I my last years at IBM, I was responsible for solutioning and delivery, including P&L, for data & analytics projects in Brazil and Latin America. I had the opportunity to work with teams from different countries and different cultures during my time at IBM. Experience in the telco, retail, banking, insurance and real estate industries.
