Statistics is the art of transforming data into knowledge. During my undergraduate studies at UFSCar, I had the opportunity to apply theoretical concepts in statistical analysis, database exploration, and predictive model development, including linear regression, logistic regression, and generalized linear models. Throughout my studies, I also learned techniques such as cluster analysis, PCA (Principal Component Analysis), and data mining, as well as machine learning methods. As part of the Movimento Empresa Júnior, I developed management, leadership, and strategic vision skills, serving as the president of the Junior Statistics Company (EJE). My career began at Pefisa, where I worked with CRM and analytics to enhance customer retention and engagement. Later, at Zurich Santander Insurance America, I deepened my expertise in SQL, Python, PySpark and Power BI, working on the development of statistical and machine learning models for claims analysis, fraud detection, and process automation. Currently, I am a Data Scientist at Banco BV, focusing on the management of credit granting and behavior models, using metrics such as PSI, KS, Delta KS, and MAPE to ensure model performance and governance. I work with SAS, PySpark, and SQL (Databricks and BigQuery - GCP) for data analysis and database development, and Power BI for dashboard creation and KPI tracking. I have a strong analytical mindset, critical thinking skills, and enjoy working in teams. I am driven by challenges and the continuous pursuit of new solutions and innovations in data, machine learning, and analytics.
