Following a 10-year career at McKinsey, Humberto has spent nearly two decades in executive roles – starting in growth leadership, then as Business Unit President, and later focusing on corporate strategy and M&A, including recent high-impact deals in the payments industry

At Corpay (NYSE: CPAY), a global payments company with market cap of US$ 24 bi, he leads Strategy and M&A for the Brazilian operations, including Sem Parar, and also heads Strategy for the US Vehicle Payments division. He serves as Board President for Zapay and Gringo, Sem Parar’s vehicle debt payment businesses in Brazil.

He previously served as president of the Brazilian Fuel Cards division and as SVP for growth, integrations, and key initiatives in acquired companies. He was also Board Member at Caixa Pré-Pagos, a digital payments joint venture with Caixa Bank and VR.

Earlier in his career, Humberto held leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, and Product at Hypermarcas and Contax, founded a business development boutique, and led large-scale transformations across industries as Associate Partner at McKinsey.

Electrical Engineer by Escola Politécnica of USP, with an MBA with distinction (top 10% of class) from the University of Michigan Business School (Ross).

Married, father of two sons.
