Loads of experience running initiatives and teams for Technical & Service alongside Direct and Indirect Materials in Procurement at Local and Regional level. Results and People Oriented with a strong capability in building Relationship across the company. Graduated in Business Administration and held a Post-degree in Value Creation for Organizations, I have been playing Regional/Global roles, influencing and setting strategies across the zone by using Data Analytics and Business Intelligence tools to extract valuable insights and to identify process improvements and cost savings opportunities. Improvements on the Procure to pay journey by using Chatbot, RPA and OCR either to improve the end-user experience. In addition, manage vendor performance and contracts are crucial to reduce/mitigate Supply risk. Partnerships within the A curve vendor can be effectively handle once SRM well used. During this period, by having plenty critical experiences on my path that could speed up and enhance my development either managing projects or leading people. On the leadership field, efforts pretty much focused on high performance mindset, team exposure and dominant goal concept. By having a well written Procurement Policy with low complexity process, no redtapes, I do believe Procurement can be a strong Business Partner and support Company to look after the P&L expense line efficiently.
