Throughout my career, I've been immersed in People Strategy, working on different projects across various countries and industries. These projects have covered a range of areas, from People Analytics and Org. Design to Employee Experience, Workforce Planning and Human Resources Processes. My true passion lies in tackling complex people-related challenges within organizations with a data-driven and systemic mindset, always with the aim of delivering maximum value to the business and making a positive impact on people's lives.
I am a former professional swimmer who graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a Bachelor's Degree with major in Business Administration & Management and minor in Computer Information Systems. Currently I am pursuing a Master's Degree (Msc) in Business Administration - line of research: People Management and Organizational Behavior at the Fundação Getúlio Vargas - EAESP.
