WHO I AM: I was a Transformation Agent at the companies where I have worked, working for over 20 years with technology projects. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in different roles in the IT area (programmer, analyst, team coordinator, manager, and agile coach). This career progress has enabled me to become a versatile professional, able to work in complex environments playing several roles. My main career goal is to guide, empower and evaluate teams in developing software to be self-organizing, with high performance, applying and disseminating the agile culture, through continuous improvement and constant deliveries of value. WHAT I DO: I teach, learn and lead teams to promote a transformation environment within companies. I am a speaker, instructor of agility courses, and volunteer at Collaborative Journey. I have knowledge and experience in facilitating the following techniques and frameworks: • Management in agile projects: Scrum, kanban, Lean, SAFe Spotify. • Management in traditional projects: PMBOK and Prince2. • Product: Discovery, Design Thinking, Product Vision, Product Sense. • Strategy: QBR, OKR, KPIs. • Mapping of Business Blockers with the BUILD technique. • Knowledge in power BI, Dashboards, DB (SQL), JIRA, and Confluence. • Working in companies of different segments: IT, health, beauty, retail, engineering, steel, mining, and banking. HOW I DO: • I lead the organization of the new work model; I provide coaching to related teams in the adoption of agile practices. • I manage risks and stakeholders. • I manage high-level impediments. • I support in Portfolio Management. • I present the results achieved at a strategic level.
