I have more than 20 years of experience in the software industry worked as developer, analyst and systems architect, Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile Coach. On my journey I have also been in leadership roles, supporting and leading teams of developers and agilists, mentoring, training and enabling other leaders to take the next step in their professional evolution. Currently, I have participated in activities for digital and organizational transformation, supporting fundamental and strategic changes throughout the organization, in the end-to-end process, focusing on fluidity, flexibility and agility to continuously deliver value to the customer. I like to talk about Lean and Agile, traveling around the world discovering new flavors, listening to blues and jazz, drinking a good craft beer (and making it too!!) ​​and tasting a good wine.
