I’m a technology manager with a strong background in software engineering, architecture, and product management. At Banco BV, I oversee multidisciplinary squads, managing budgets, engineering and architecture roadmaps, vendor partnerships, and stakeholder relationships. I focus on delivering strategic products through agile management, driving key metrics, and fostering team rituals that boost efficiency and collaboration. My career includes experience as a Software Architect and Senior Mobile Engineer, with expertise in native Android (Kotlin and Java) and Flutter, as well as a solid foundation as a Full Stack and Backend Developer working with PHP, Java, C#, and JavaScript. In the tech community space, I’ve worked as a Tech Community Manager, Developer Advocate, and Developer Experience (DevRel) specialist, leading over 20 meetups, producing 12 podcast episodes, and reaching more than 15,000 views on YouTube. For over five years, I’ve been the coordinator of GDG Curitiba, as well as a speaker and member of the technical committee at The Developers Conference (TDC) — the largest software development event in Brazil. I hold a degree in Internet Systems, postgraduate degrees in Mobile Application Development and Artificial Intelligence, and I’m currently pursuing an MBA in Leadership and People Management. I believe in the transformative power of technology and dedicate part of my time to social impact projects. My leadership approach centers on building trust, inspiring motivation, and encouraging technical maturity and innovation within teams. Outside of work, I’m a cyclist, tennis player, and avid podcast listener. I’m also married to an amazing journalist and psychologist — and proud dog dad to an energetic pup.
